Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective shoulder arthroscopy; 2, ASA classification I-II; 3. Age: 18-75 years old;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Severe obesity (body mass index > 35kg/m2); 3. Restricted lung disease (1s forced expiratory volume < 50%); 4, regional anesthesia contraindications (such as local anesthesia allergy, coagulation disorders and local infection); 5. Diabetes; 6. Previous shoulder surgery or shoulder trauma; 7. Neuropathy or myopathy of the surgical limb on the affected side; 8, chronic opioid use history; 9. Pain score cannot be understood; 10, the use of steroids treatment patients; 11, received a non-surgical treatment of patients; 12, don't agree with the use of intravenous patient-controlled analgesia pump patients.
