Routine static stretching group:Traditional Chinese medicine hot compress treatment, quadriceps femoris, hamstring and gastrocnemius static stretching exercise
Heel-kicking dynamic stretch exercise group:Traditional Chinese medicine hot compress treatment + Heel-kicking and stretching exercise

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Knee pain for at least 6 months; (2) Moderate to severe knee pain (VAS >= 4); (3) With knee joint sound in motion, limited range of motion or knee deformity; (4) KOA radiographic grade II or III based on Kellgren-Lawrence Standard; (5) The patient was informed of the study and signed the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with paralysis or limb movement inconvenience caused by cerebrovascular disease, poliomyelitis, trauma and other diseases; (2) Patients with mental disorders such as senile dementia; (3) Patients with moderate to severe heart failure; (4) Psoriatic arthritis, gouty arthritis and other diseases involving in knee joint; (5) The knee joint was already stiff, and the flexion and extension range of motion was less than 90°.
