Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age >=18 years old; (2) Participants were aware of the research methods and objectives and signed informed consent. (3) Tolerance to B-ultrasound examination. (4) Subclavian central venous catheterization was arranged by the department due to treatment needs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Communication disorders. (2) Local anatomical changes caused by trauma, surgery or lymph node compression in bilateral clavicles and their adjacent areas. (3) patients with superior vena cava obstruction syndrome. (4) Three needles at different angles could not be inserted successfully.
