Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects entering the health and benefit project of West China Hospital of Sichuan University
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: If the evaluation of the simplified mental state examination scale of subjects is lower than the normal standard or dementia is confirmed, they will not be included in the prospective cohort study. Deaf, hemiplegic and blind patients were also excluded because they could not cooperate. In addition, in order to better obtain the follow-up results, the elderly living alone, patients with malignant tumors and major chronic diseases (such as severe cardiac insufficiency, pulmonary insufficiency, liver insufficiency) with a life expectancy of no more than 5 years were also excluded from this cohort
