Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced pancreatic or cholangiocarcinoma diagnosed for the first time and older than 18 years of age 2. Pre-treatment biopsy pathology showed advanced pancreatic or cholangiocarcinoma 3. Without adjuvant chemoradiotherapy and surgery 4. No history of autoimmune disease or diabetes 5. No antibiotics or therapeutic probiotics have been used in the past 8 weeks 6. No intestinal disease or other systemic diseases 7. No special diet (e.g. vegetarian)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of cancer, pancreatitis, acute or chronic intestinal inflammation 2. Patients with chronic diarrhea 3. Women on their period 4. Neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's
