Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II; 2. 3-7 years old; 3. Selective tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy operation under general anesthesia in children
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The guardian of the child refuses the test; 2. Suffering from serious chronic diseases such as heart, liver and kidney; 3. There were obvious abnormalities in preoperative examination (electrocardiogram, plain chest film); 4. Patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS), asthma, upper airway abnormalities, and a history of respiratory infection in the last 2 weeks; 5. Developmental retardation or BMI > 30kg/m2
