Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of perimenopausal depression group (1) Age 40-60; (2) Meet the above diagnostic criteria for perimenopause, and the modified KI score >= 15; (3) In line with the above diagnostic criteria for depression, the patient's health questionnaire depression scale (PHQ-9) score >= 5 points and 24 Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) scores>8 points and= 15; (3) It does not meet the above diagnostic criteria for depressive state, and the score of PHQ-9 is less than 5 points and the score of 24 items of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) is less than or equal to 8 points; (4) No current or previous history of depression, normal cognition; (5) Stable vital signs, clear consciousness and certain expression ability; (6) Patients who voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form; (7) No history of hypertension; (8) No drug or alcohol dependent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of perimenopausal depression group (1) Have a history of other mental diseases or have other mental diseases in the current course of disease; (2) People with moderate to severe mental and intellectual disorders who are currently taking medication; (3) Suffering from brain injury, central system disease and other serious organic diseases, and being seriously ill; (4) Psychotic drug addicts; (5) Those who have drug dependence or alcohol dependence in the past 3 months; (6) Those with obvious suicidal tendencies. Exclusion criteria for perimenopausal non depressive state group (1) Previous psychiatric history; (2) People with moderate to severe mental and intellectual disorders who are currently taking medication; (3) Suffering from brain injury, central system disease and other serious organic diseases, and being seriously ill; (4) Those who have drug dependence or alcohol dependence in the past 3 months; (5) Those with obvious suicidal tendencies.
