Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the Key Points for Diagnosis of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019, and have lesions confirmed by CT or MRI; 3. Cricopharyngeal muscle achalasia was diagnosed by Videofluoroscopic Swallowing Study; 4. The vital signs are stable, without severe mental illness, audio-visual and cognitive impairment; 5. Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cricopharyngeal muscle achalasia caused in other diseases; 2. There are organic lesions or abnormal anatomical structures in the pharynx or esophagus; 3. Patients with local ulcers and bleeding tendencies; 4. Patients with important organ failure or critical condition.
