Ultrasound localization group:Preoperative ultrasound localization of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve
Control group (non-ultrasound positioning group):The lateral femoral cutaneous nerve was not localized preoperatively

16 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. femoral neck, femoral head necrosis, developmental hip dysplasia or osteoarthritis of the hip requiring initial total hip arthroplasty; 2. no history of ipsilateral hip surgery; 3. no sensory abnormalities or pain in the area dominated by the ipsilateral LFCN before surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) poor general condition and difficulty in tolerating surgery; (2) large scars or infection in the operation area; (3) inability to cooperate with follow-up visits
