18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 or older; 2. Have a positive Hepatitis B surface antigen test result 3. DASS-21 depressive symptom score >10, anxiety symptoms score > 8, or stress levels score > 15; 4. Possess a smartphone; 5. Provided informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicating other chronic hepatitis such as Hepatitis C, autoimmune hepatitis, alcoholic hepatitis and fatty liver 2. Have other choric diseases. 3. Are currently receiving psychotherapy or psychological counselling. 4. Participating in other clinical trials. 5. Had been diagnosed with psychiatric or psychological disorders. 6. Had suicidal ideation for the past six months.
