Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All patients aged 18-60 years who required tracheotomy for their condition (with or without mechanical ventilation). (2) Voluntary participation in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. those with severe burns of the airway, peri-tracheostomy, or infected skin before tracheotomy skin injury and infection before tracheotomy; 2. Patients who brought in a tracheotomy tube from outside the hospital during their first hospitalization and had a combination of airway bleeding, infection, stenosis and other related complications of patients. 3.
