Gold Standard:LC/MS technique is used as gold standard to detect the concentration of antiseizure medications in blood and saliva.
Index test:Nanopore sensor developed by our stduy is used as index test to detect the concentration of antiseizure medications in blood and saliva quantitatively.

18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with epilepsy; (2) Levetiracetam, lamotrigine, oxacepine or valproic acid have been taken regularly for more than 3 months; (3) Willing to participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with serious diseases affecting the pahrmacology of antiseizure medications; (2) Patients concurrently taking other drugs that affect the pahrmacologyof antiseizure medications; (3) Patients who have irregular drug use in the past 3 months, with omissions, misadministration and other behaviors.
