20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Histopathologic diagnosis by biopsy of well or moderately-differentiated adenocarcinoma, adenoma, or high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia (HGIN) (2)Tumor invasion within the mucosa; (3)Tumor size > 20 mm (4) age 20 to 80 years; (5) Meet the indications of endoscopic resection; (6) The patient who has the ability to understand and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with previous gastric surgery; 2. local recurrence after endoscopic resection 3. Malignant tumors in other parts or diseases of blood system; 4. Being pregnant, lactating or bad general condition who seems hardly to tolerate the procedure of operation;
