Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with sarcopenia after total knee arthroplasty. 2. dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry results, male < 7.0 kg/m2, female < 5.4 kg/m2 or bioimpedance measurement of male < 7.0 kg/m2, female 5.7 < kg/m2; ? male grip strength < 28 kg, female < 18 kg; ? 6-meter step speed = 1.0 m/s. 3. aged 55 to 75 years. 4. no severe cardiopulmonary disease can tolerate surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who cannot implement nutritional intervention. 2. sensory disturbances or abnormalities in the lower extremities. 3. those who are performing nutritional interventions or have performed within the past three months.
