Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Refer to "Simple Obesity Diagnosis and Efficacy Evaluation Criteria" revised by the 5th National Obesity Research Academic Conference in 1997 [3], in China the Body Mass Index (BMI) male= 26 kg/m2, female=25 kg/m2 ,which diagnosed obesity. ?Waist circumference (WC): male > 85 cm, female > 80 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were younger than 15 years old or older than 65 years old, pregnant or lactating women, patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe diabetes, abnormal liver and kidney function, and blood system diseases.
