Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients were diagnosed by preoperative symptoms and imaging examination (abdominal B ultrasound, CT, MRCP). ? The diameter of common bile duct =0.8cm. ? Age of 18-60 years old, both sexes. ? no biliary stricture, malformation or tumor. ? no hepatolithiasis, cholangitis, acute pancreatitis, Mirrizzi syndrome. ? patients undergoing elective surgery. ? Informed consent was obtained and signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Severe complications or rapid progression of the disease requiring emergency surgery. ? abnormal heart, brain, lung, kidney function, poor general condition, can not tolerate surgery. ? poor function or stenosis of duodenal papilla. ?history of biliary tract surgery or abdominal surgery. ? Unable to follow up or lost follow-up. ? patients with mental illness. ? Pregnant or lactating women.
