Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-70, willing to undergo colonoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with pregnant or breastfeeding; Contraindicated by colonoscopy; Allergic to lactulose and polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder; Patients with digestive tract surgery history; Acute gastrointestinal bleeding; Use fruit guide tablet, Montoshi powder, mosapride and other laxatives, antidiarrheal agents and enterotropic drugs within 1 week; All kinds of acute diarrhea, chronic diarrhea.
