Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient or his or her immediate family members understand and sign the informed consent; (2) In line with the diagnosis of "stroke" in the Diagnosis of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases adopted by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995, and verified by head MRI or CT examination; (3) severe upper limb motor dysfunction, ?= hand Brunnstrom stage =?; (4) The first unilateral cerebral hemisphere stroke; Patients with cerebral hemorrhage have not received cranial surgery; (5) 1 month =6 months since onset of disease; (6) Age = 30 years old =80 years old; (7) The patient was stable, conscious, and the vital signs were stable.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with metal implants, such as those with cardiac pacemakers; ? Patients with severe consciousness disorder or unable to cooperate with follow-up treatment evaluation; ? Have a history of epilepsy, or epilepsy after the onset of the disease; (4) serious functional impairment of heart, liver, kidney and other organs; ? Patients with progressive disease and significantly increased intracranial pressure.
