Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of cerebral infarction meets the diagnostic criteria of the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke: (1) Acute onset (=18 years; 4. Upper limb motor dysfunction: muscle strength drops from 0 to 5 levels and (or) Ataxia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs; 2. Large amount of hemorrhage in cerebral lobe and cerebellum (Cerebral hemisphere > 30ml, cerebellum > 15ml) and hematoma breaking into ventricle cause Hydrocephalus; 3. Severe circulatory system, respiratory system, Motor system and other diseases, such as atrial fibrillation, heart failure, lung infection, severe liver and kidney dysfunction and other serious disease states; 4. Concomitant neurological diseases; 5. Upper limb dysfunction caused by other reasons, such as fractures, deformities, etc; 6. Unable to cooperate in completing examinations, such as mental disorders, cognitive impairment, visual impairment, sitting balance disorders, etc; 7. Other reasons: excessive drinking; Skull defect; Head skin defects, etc.
