Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Age>18 years old; (2)Patients with high axial myopia and open-angle glaucoma (HMG group); (3)Patients with high axial myopia without glaucoma (HM group); (4)Patients with open-angle glaucoma without high axial myopia (OAG group).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have the history of ocular trauma, ocular fundus disease, or other ocular conditions that did not support fundus imaging, including hemarthrosis, malignant glaucoma, and endophthalmitis; (2) General status does not support examiners, such as heart disease, psychological disease, and malignancy; (3) Pregnant, lactating, and preparative women; (4) Who refuse to sign the informed consent form or voluntarily withdrew from this investigator because of discomfort or other reasons.
