Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent; 2)Aged 45 to 75 years. 3)Coronary angiography showed a stenosis of 50% or greater in at least one coronary artery 4)In line with Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis 5)Complete clinical data; 6)Good cognitive function, no communication barriers;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with digestive system diseases such as acute and chronic gastroenteritis, irritable bowel syndrome, intestinal tuberculosis, gastrointestinal bleeding, intestinal benign and malignant tumors 2)Those who are taking probiotics or prebiotics and have used any antibiotic treatment within 1 month; 3)Pregnant or breastfeeding women or women of childbearing age without effective contraceptive measures; 4)Subjects with ALT, AST>2 times the upper limit of normal value; 5)Subjects with hemoglobin 177umol/L); 7)History of surgery and trauma in recent three months; 8) Participating in other clinical drug research projects or subjects ending less than 3 months; 9)Subjects with a history of malignant tumor within 5 years 10)Active infection of the subjects
