Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age> 18 years old, ASA grade I.~II., years of education= 6 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The operation involves less than or equal to 2 vertebral bodies, imperfect data, emergency surgery, intraoperative combined with other surgical or anesthesia methods, patients with severe respiratory, circulatory underlying diseases, abnormal liver and kidney function and coagulation function, anemia (blood red egg white (HB) 4 hours.
