20 Years to 37 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Controlled ovarian stimulation protocol was antagonist; ? Infertile patients undergoing the first IVF/ICSI treatment cycle; ? the age of the woman was less than 38 years old; ? Plasma P=1.2ng/ml on hCG day; ? patients had at least one transferable or frozen blastocyst; ? Both husband and wife fully understand and voluntarily participate in the experimental project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? serum P=3ng/ml on hCG day; ? Untreated hydrosalpinx; ? uterine malformation; Adenomyosis, stage ? and ? endometriosis; ? endometrial abnormalities (intrauterine adhesions, endometrial polyps, chronic endometritis, submucosal myoma, etc.); ? any chromosome abnormality of the couple or preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) cycle; ? cancellation of fresh-cycle transplantation for prevention of OHSS or other uncontrolled endocrine diseases.
