Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.In line with the diagnostic criteria of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction in the 2010 Chinese guidelines for Prevention and treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases; 2.Cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage was confirmed by cranial CT or MRI. 3.For the first time, the course of the disease ranged from 2 weeks to 3 months, aged from 45 to 65 years old, regardless of sex. 4.The evaluation of Water swallow test is grade 2-4; 5.No serious cognitive and mental problems, can communicate effectively, have good visual, auditory and cognitive functions, and can cooperate with treatment. 6.Patients volunteered to participate in this study, cooperate with treatment and monitoring, and signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of brain trauma and other neurological diseases; 2.Patients with moderate and severe aphasia, dysarthria and local lesions of the throat; 3.Patients with myocardial infarction or severe liver and renal dysfunction, severe infection, severe diabetes and tumor; 4.Patients can not tolerate electroacupuncture and halo needling. 5.Patients whose hearts are equipped with pacemakers, stents, after bypass grafting or other patients who can not be tested for fNIRS and HD-sEMG.
