Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age< 70 years old; (2) Patients with simple aortic valve lesions or rheumatic combined valvular diseases requiring surgical treatment; (3) American College of Thoracic Surgeons (STS) surgical risk score <4%; (4) Those who give full informed consent and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of cardiac surgery; (2) Patients with acute or subacute infective endocarditis, connective tissue disease; (3) severe calcification of the aortic annulus; (4) Those who need to undergo coronary artery bypass graft surgery at the same time; (5) Any of the following indicators: ascending aorta diameter > 4.5 cm, aortic root < 2.5 cm, aortic annular diameter < 2.0 cm; (6) Patients with aortic CT showing obvious calcification of the ascending aorta or dissection; (7) Severe thoracic deformity: such as chicken breast, funnel chest; (8) History of right pleurisy or right thoracic surgery, severe adhesions in the chest; (9) Those with limited lung function and unable to tolerate single-lung ventilation; (10) The femoral artery is obviously calcified, breached, etc., and there are contraindications to establishing peripheral extracorporeal circulation (CPB).
