Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with prediabetes, which was ascetained by the 2020 American Diabetes Association prediabetes Diagnostic Criteria; (2) Aged 40-70 years old; (3) Could use mobile App; (4) Without regular exercsie but having no exercise contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed diabetic patients; (2) Patients with cardiovascular diseases (such as coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction) or suspected with cardiovascular diseases (such as a history of chest pain in daily activities), patients with asthma, shortness of breath or palpitation immediately after light activities, patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the past six months, patients with lower limb pain in daily walking and need to rest; (3) Patients with fractures or osteoarthro-related surgeries in the past six months or with a history of multiple falls in the past six months; (4) Patients with tumors or unstable conditions (including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance rate less than 45ml/min/1.73m2), uncontrolled hypertension (e.g., blood pressure > 160/100mmHg), sinus bradycardia (heart rate < 50 times/min), or mental abnormalities (including Alzheimer's disease); (5) Participating in other scientific research projects.
