Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) According to IMWG 2014 dignosis criterion, newly diagnosed multiple myeloma patients; 2) Aged over 18;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) The comorbidity of other malignant tumors which still need to be treated within 1 year before enrollment, uncontrollable infections, serious physical or mental diseases which may interfere with the participation in this clinical study. 2) Those who cannot understand or comply with the research protocol or cannot sign the informed consent form.
