Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient were fulfillment of the criteria for AS (1984 Modified New York criteria) (2) aged 18 to 60 years (3) Be able to use smart phones independently (4) patient voluntarily participated in the study and signed the consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Could not tolerate exercise, and had moderate or higher pain rating during the intervention (2)Moderate to severe abnormalities of hip joint X-ray were excluded: obvious narrowing of joint space, clear bone cystic degeneration, sclerosis, synovial ossification, and bilateral hip fusion were observed (3)The patients had fractures, severe osteoporosis, bone and joint malignant swelling and pain, acute injury, etc (4)Patients with severe heart, brain, lung, renal dysfunction or other severe diseases (5)regular exercise in the preceding 3 months (6)Cognitive dysfunction, unable to complete the questionnaire independently
