Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac arrest (IHCA) occurred during the perioperative period of cardiac surgery and the initial heart rate was VT, Vf, PEA, or cardiac arrest. The spontaneous heart rate had recovered, and the patient remained unconscious within 6 hours after the cessation of CPR; 2, postoperative severe or extremely severe craniocerebral injury, GCS score < 8 points; 3, postoperative cerebral hemisphere large area (= 2/3 area of middle cerebral artery blood supply) cerebral infarction; 4. The subjects were male or female; 5. Signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Terminal illness has signed a non-first aid consent 3. The patient has been unconscious for a long time before the cardiac arrest 4. Severe trauma; 5, severe shock, using one or more large doses of vasoactive drugs, the mean arterial pressure 1.5 times the reference value, platelet (PLT) < 50× 109 /L; 7, persistent hypoxemia, SPO2 < 85% lasting more than 15 minutes; 8. Massive bleeding
