Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The age of patients is 60-80 years old, gender is not limited; 2.In accordance with the Rome IV diagnostic criteria for functional constipation; 3.According to the diagnostic standard of TCM, the syndrome type is deficiency of qi and blood 4.Patients must stop taking medication for constipation for at least 1 week before enrollment 5.Volunteer and give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of gastrointestinal surgery or presence of rectal and colonic organic lesions; 2.Patients with severe diseases of important organs such as lung, heart, kidney, liver, brain or psychosis; 3.Persons who have recently or are currently participating in other drug research; 4.Recently taken a laxative drugs, such as agents to promote the momentum of drugs; 5.Allergic constitution or allergic to the drugs used in this study; 6.The patients with constipation irritable bowel syndrome were excluded 7.Those who can not cooperate for other reasons.
