Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery; 2) Both sexes; 3) Age =65 years; 4) ASA II~III; 5) BMI 18-28kg /m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Preoperative cognitive impairment; 2) History of increased intracranial pressure; 3) History of eye surgery or eye disease; 4) History of serious organic diseases; 5) A history of neurological deficits or mental illness; 6) History of alcohol or any other substance dependence; 7) Unable to cooperate with cognitive function assessment or refused to participate in the experiment;
