Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age=18 ; patients wIth sepsis, according to sepsis-3 standard.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe arrhythmia (such as persistent or permanent atrial fibrillation); Moderate to severe valvular disease and after valve replacement; Other types of shock, such as hemorrhagic shock, obstructive shock, cardiogenic shock, and neurogenic shock; Patients transferred to ICU with sepsis diagnosed for more than 24 hours; length of ICU stay < 72 hours; Septic shock occurs within 24 hours after diagnosis of sepsis; the pregnant woman.
