Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stage I, II, and III femoral head necrosis according to the classification criteria of the Association Research Circulation Osseous; 2. Age between 18 and 60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with treatment; 2. Immature skeletal development; 3. Patients with cardiac pacemaker, tumor patients, patients with thrombosis, coagulation disorders, etc.
