Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age 18-80 (2)BMI=19~27 (3)Blood biochemistry, liver and kidney function, blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, ECG and other indicators are within the normal range.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Pregnant and lactating women (2)Age 80 (3)Serious basic disease (4)Patients with mental or physical disabilities (5)Suspected history of alcohol and drug abuse (6)Have taken antibiotics or probiotics or probiotics in the last month (7)Allergic constitution (allergic to pollen of more than 2 drugs and foods)
