60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: 60-90 years old 2) BMI =35 for men and =34 for women 3) The preoperative diagnosis was knee osteoarthritis. Kellgren-Lawrence was classified as stage ? or ? patients who underwent unilateral TKA for the first time 4) Knee varus or valgus < 15 degrees 5) Informed consent, voluntary participation in this experiment, ASA I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Received electroacupuncture treatment in the past 3 months 2) Patients with recent damage and infection near bilateral knee joints or active infection foci that cannot be treated with acupuncture 3) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, epilepsy, severe anxiety and mental disorders 4) Deep vein thrombosis or lower limb swelling existed before surgery 5) Do not agree to participate in the study
