Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet all of items 1-3 and any of items 4 or 5. 1) Age: 30-50 years old 2) Gender is not limited, and women are required to be premenopausal. 3) BMI:18.5-27.9Kg/m2 4) Meet the diagnostic criteria of prediabetes (according to the diagnostic criteria of prediabetes specified by ADA in 2022) I. impaired fasting (IFG):5.6mmol/L=FPG=6.9mol/L or Ii. Impaired glucose tolerance (IGT):7.8mmol/L=75 g OGTT = 11.Ommol/L or Iii. Glycosylated hemoglobin: 5.7%-6.4% 5) Newly diagnosed diabetes: type 2 diabetes is diagnosed within one year, but daily fasting blood glucose should be = 9.0mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Meeting any of the following conditions shall be excluded: 1) take any hypoglycemic drugs, lipid lowering drugs, antihypertensive drug; Take insulin. 2) Human immunodeficiency virus -1 infection and malignant tumor; Active cardiovascular, renal, pulmonary, liver, blood, digestive, neurological or psychiatric disorders; Recent (within 4 weeks) acute respiratory symptoms. 3) Any drug that is considered likely to interfere with the assessment (e.g., other herbal products, immunosuppressants, anticoagulants), or a history of allergy to ginseng products or other adverse reactions. 4) Pregnant or lactating women. 5) allergic constitution and allergic to a variety of drugs. 6) circadian rhythm disorder, such as shift workers. 7) In the discretion of the investigator, the subject suffers from any disease or other condition that may jeopardize his or her safety or affect adherence to the protocol that is not eligible for participation in the study
