Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Residents of heavy metal contaminated areas who have lived for = 5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) age < 18 years or age data are missing; 2) Have undergone heart stent surgery or orthopedic replacement surgery; 3) Plasma and urine heavy metal data missing or abnormal metal content outliers 4) Missing important covariates and other information.
