Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?From January 2020 to May 2022, he visited the Department of Vascular Neurology, Shenzhen Second People's Hospital; ?According to the guidelines of "Chinese Expert Consensus on Recanalization of Chronic Internal Carotid Artery Occlusion", patients diagnosed with chronic carotid artery occlusive disease; ?Patients treated with hybrid surgery (carotid endarterectomy + interventional balloon dilation).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Occlusion time <4 weeks in patients with carotid artery occlusion; ?Patients with combined treatment methods such as carotid endarterectomy + interventional stenting; ?Patients who are judged by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in this study.
