Group 1:Anesthesia induction maintenance with propofol in patients undergoing endovascular aortic aneurysm repair
Group 2:Remazolam is induced at 6 mg/kg/h
Group 3:Remazolam is induced at 12 mg/kg/h

18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Patients who plan to undergo elective endovascular repair of aortic aneurysm under general anesthesia; 3. ASA score III to IV; 4. Ability to comply with the research protocol; 5. Volunteer to participate in the research and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery patients; 2. Patients with difficult airway and acute upper respiratory infection; 3. Patients who cannot cooperate with the research for any reason such as language barriers and mental illnesses; 4. Patients with a history of allergy to diazepines or propofol; 5. Those who are participating in other clinical trials; 6. The researchers think other reasons are not suitable for this clinical trial.
