Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The resident patients of Shenzhen city had met the "guide for the prevention and treatment of chronic liver B (2019 version)"; The patients with liver cancer met the "treatment guide for liver cancer" (2019 version); The patients with liver cancer met the diagnosis and treatment standard of primary liver cancer (2019), and the normal healthy people were in the control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: It has the primary tumor of any system other than the liver, the diseases of metabolism or immunity, and the congenital diseases.
