Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 30-50 years old; 2. Non-obese people (18.5 TC >= 5.2 mmol/L (200 mg/dL).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are pregnant and breastfeeding; 2. Severe diabetes mellitus and its complications, cardiovascular disease, tumor, liver disease, kidney disease; 3. (in the past three months) have taken (to reduce blood sugar) to reduce blood fat and related health care products (to stop taking them); 4. Have bleeding tendency or take aspirin; 5. Blood drawing is not possible due to physical or personal reasons; 6. Had surgery within 4 weeks prior to screening visit; 7. Large amounts of glucocorticoid drugs (such as prednisone, methylprednisone, betamethasone, beclomethasone propionate, Dubossone, prednisone, hydrocodesone, dexamethasone) were used within 4 weeks before the screening visit; 8. Screening had taken monascus, phytosterol ester or lycopene, or had taken health care products containing monascus, phytosterol ester or lycopene within 2 weeks before the visit; 9. Baseline safety evaluation indicators are not qualified.
