65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who underwent general anesthesia, ASA grade I-III, age > 65 years old, BMI < 30 kg/m2, liver and kidney function were normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of anesthetic allergy and contraindications; long-term history of opioid use; cognitive impairment; family members or patients themselves refused.
