Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with latent tuberculosis were positive by interferon gamma release test or tuberculin skin test, and had no clinical symptoms such as cough, expectoration and fever. The possibility of active tuberculosis was excluded by chest X-ray. After 2 years of follow-up, the patient was bacteriologically positive, including sputum smear, sputum culture, or bacteriologically negative, but clinically highly suspected of tuberculosis (clinically suspected symptoms, chest radiographs showed typical tuberculosis imaging characteristics), after anti-tuberculosis treatment imaging improved significantly, that is, the development of active tuberculosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Rule out diabetes mellitus, HIV, hepatitis b and serious cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system disease.
