Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically confirmed colorectal cancer; 2. Initially unresectable, metastatic colorectal cancer; 3. Molecular testing confirmed RAS/BRAF wild type; 4. Use cetuximab + chemotherapy as first-line treatment after mCRC diagnosis, 6-8 cycles of treatment, and clinical benefit: PR/CR/SD; 5. Age >= 18 years old and = 12 weeks; 8. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form, willing to accept follow-up and provide information on the treatment process, curative effect, prognosis, etc., and able to cooperate to complete the entire research process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. RAS/BRAF mutation detected; 2. Other tumor history within 5 years; 3. The researcher judges that other reasons are not suitable for the subjects participating in this study; 4. Patients with incomplete clinical information.
