Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis, and age >= 18 years old, the diagnostic standard is the health industry standard of the People's Republic of China-diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis (WS288-2017); 2. In line with the diagnosis of lung damage: damage to one or more lung lobes (the upper and lower lobes of the left and right lungs, the middle lobe of the right lung, and the tongue segment are each considered as a separate lung lobe), and two senior chest imaging doctors use a blind method The diagnosis is completed, and the third senior chest imaging physician will make a decision in case of disagreement; 3. The patient has moderate to severe dyspnea at rest, with a score of > 5 on the Borg Dyspnea Scale; 4. Balance test score (score less than 40 points) without balance disorder; 5. Voluntarily participate and fill out the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude serious diseases or malignant diseases of other organs, or patients with serious primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic, and endocrine systems; 2. Chronic cardiopulmonary insufficiency (unable to carry out normal daily activities, arrhythmia of heart failure grade III and IV, variant angina, coronary artery bypass surgery or placement of pacemaker, stent, etc.); 3. Patients with a history of mental illness, personality disorder, cognitive impairment, or brain organic disease; 4. Activities are affected by nervous system diseases or bone and joint diseases; 5. Patients with malignant diseases.
