Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 14 years old (pre-menopausal women with negative result of pregnancy test); 2. According to WHO criteria (2016), the pathological biopsy or puncture specimen is diagnosed with MS; 3. Expected survival time >= 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women, and women planning to conceive within one year; 2. With other solid malignancies (except resected cutaneous melanonma, in-situ carcinoma and thyroid papilloma); 3. Other unsuitable conditions for enrollment judged by clinicians (for instance, other diseases that effect treatment seriously).
