Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with oral cancer skin flap reconstruction; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. ASA grading ?~?; 4. I agree and sign the informed consent form for clinical research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index (BMI) >= 35 kg/m2; 2. Long-term use of glucocorticoids; 3. Those who are allergic to anesthetics; 4. People with mental and nervous diseases.
