Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.18-40 years old, right-handed; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Rome IV functional dyspepsia; 3. Gastric and duodenal organic diseases were ruled out by gastric examination; 4. Have not taken gastrointestinal motility drugs in the past 15 days; 5. Not participating in other clinical research; 6. No contraindications for MRI scanning; 7. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unclear consciousness, unable to express subjective discomfort symptoms and mental illness; 2. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, digestion, blood system; 3. Diabetics with unsatisfactory blood sugar control; 4. Pregnant women, lactating women and those who have pregnancy plans within the past six months; 5. Those with severe depression and anxiety symptoms; 6. Female patients with severe dysmenorrhea symptoms; 7. Accompanied by obvious headache, migraine, head trauma history; 8. Those with MRI scan contraindications such as claustrophobia, internal metal implants, and tattoos; 9. Received acupuncture or moxibustion treatment in the past 1 month.
