60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than 60 but less than 90 years old; 2. ASA classification II-III; 3. Elective surgery patients; 4. Laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery, unplanned reoperation; 2. Arterial catheterization is contraindicated; 3. Severe arrhythmia, left and right ventricular failure; 4. Severe decrease in lung compliance; 5. Mental disease or neurological disease; 6. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney insufficiency.
