Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. AD inclusion criteria: meet the criteria of Alzheimer's disease dementia in ICD-10. Hachinski ischemia index scale (Hachinskiischemical scale, HIS) 0.5 2. MCI inclusion criteria: CDR=0.5 points; Geriatric Depression Scale score 25 points, MMSE > 27 points, CDR = 0 point; 4. Inclusion criteria for normal controls: All subjects need to undergo a complete nervous system examination by a professional neurologist and have no positive signs of the nervous system; the ability of daily living remains normal; there is no chief complaint of cognitive impairment, and the total score of MMSE is > 27 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for AD patients: those with a history of cerebrovascular disease and focal symptoms and signs of the nervous system; other diseases that can explain the memory dysfunction and related symptoms of the patient; other physical diseases that can cause cognitive impairment; Mental disorders and developmental disorders of the central nervous system; suffering from diseases or serious physical diseases that cannot cooperate with the completion of cognitive examinations; 2. MCI exclusion criteria: those with a history of cerebrovascular disease and focal symptoms and signs of the nervous system; other diseases that can explain the patient's memory dysfunction and related symptoms; other systemic diseases that can cause cognitive impairment; severe mental illness and developmental disorders of the central nervous system; suffering from diseases that cannot cooperate with the completion of cognitive examinations; 3. SCD exclusion criteria: exclusion of mental or nervous system diseases, long-term use of drugs that cause cognitive decline (Molinuevo et al., 2017); presence of other systemic diseases that can cause cognitive impairment; presence of severe mental illness and developmental disorders of the central nervous system Illness; suffering from an illness that prevents you from cooperating with the cognitive examination.
